Hard Workout Last Night - Feeling Good Today So Far

I'm up a little early -- but not TOO early. The doctor has given me Diazapam (Valium) to help me sleep through the night and it is helping. It's a tiny little dose, but it helps me sleep pretty solidly.

Last night's Combat Hapkido was an ass kicking practice! I was so sore afterwards and very, very sweaty (this helped me from being too hot actually, my body is helpful in that way). My Gi was soaked through. Really good workout and HARD too. It was fun to push myself. I only had problems with one type of "ground survival" technique which involved a bit of flexibility in the hips that I don't really have .... and last night challenged me. I will need to work even harder on trying to gain this flexibility and strength. It was a great practice -- and I have my challenges ahead of me.

Today CC and I have another class in the afternoon and then I head out to my Endocrinologist to HOPEFULLY get a nice increase of thyroid replacement hormone. It appears to have conked out on me (even though it does not exist anymore). I am also going to talk to my doctor about a Septoplasty. I am loving training right now and I really don't want to do too much to get in it's way ... but I want to see. I know I am in line for a sleep study (hopefully) but I'll talk to him about it.

I am not sure I want to miss TOO much Combat Hapkido training. I really am having A TON OF FUN. CC and I are HOOKED in a big way. We decided it is even more fun than gambling. LOL

That says a lot for us!
